Noah (played by Jack Downham ) has had a turbulent time on Emmerdale of late, having been embroiled in cousin Sarah Sugden’s (Katie Hill) recent drug plot and ending up in hospital after Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) failed to take a packet of pills off him. Knowing the ITV soap schemer had a part to play in her son’s life-threatening ordeal, Charity (Emma Atkins) was gunning to bring down the deceased character. With her eldest son Ryan Stocks (James Moore) also being implicated in the mysterious figures dodgy dealings, the fierce mother took action - but will her youngest son get payback having been so close to Graham?
Before the schemer was killed by villain Pierce Harris (Jonathan Wrather), Charity was one of the official suspects in the murder line-up after her nemesis took Ryan hostage after he became uncomfortable about defrauding femme fatale, Kim Tate (Claire King).
Although she didn’t strike the fatal blow, the protective mother was acting shady on the night Graham met his maker.
It was revealed in recent scenes she and her eldest son had stolen the deceased character’s money as a means of payback for his villainous actions.
Having seen the schemer as a father figure, Noah is unlikely to take the news well his mother wanted to avenge the villager who had manipulated his way into her children’s lives - so, will he plan his own payback?
