The Masked Singer viewers are desperately trying to work out which celebrities are hiding behind the masks as the ITV competition hots up. Before the mysterious characters perform each week, the show airs introductory clips that give an insight into the real identity of the star. All four judges attempt to use these clues and the singer’s performance to guess the celebrity but even they struggle to get it right.
However, Jonathan Ross may have let slip a major clue about the Monster’s identity at the launch of The Masked Singer.
Monster first graced the stage in week two and described themselves as “bright, bold and [with] a big personality.”
The star sang Pharrell Williams’ song Happy in the first round before returning in the third week to sing Can’t Help Falling In Love by Elvis Presley.
Notable clues include Monster has “won lots of awards” and is a big fan of Tony Hadley.

After Monster’s very first performance many viewers began to speculate CeeLo Green was hiding behind the mask.
Viewers were confused by the Tony Hadley clue but it’s been revealed the American singer stated he was a big fan of Spandau Ballet in 2010.
Monster added fuel to the fire when he seemed to confirm his identity while giving the judges two lies and one truth about himself.
The three statements were: “I have an identical twin,” “I had a monster hit with Calvin Harris,” and “I am CeeLo Green”.
