In the first half of NCIS: New Orleans season six, fans were left devastated following the shocking death of Agent Christopher Lasalle (played by Lucas Black) who had been on the CBS drama since it began. However, after a dramatic turn of events prior to the midseason finale, Agent Lasalle was killed while on the hunt for his brother’s murderer. So will his role be taken over in the upcoming episodes?
Lasalle’s brother Cade (Clayne Crawford) was killed by members of a drug ring and the agent was out to get his revenge on those who committed the murder.
Fuelled by anger, Lasalle tirelessly hunted down the people responsible for his brother’s death which led him to Alabama.
However, while he was searching a cabin where the murder took place, an armed thug barged in and was ready to shoot an innocent woman who was helping Lasalle with the case.
But before the man could shoot her, Lasalle got in the way and took the bullet which led to his death later on in hospital.
