The Masked Singer sees a host of celebrities take to the stage in weird and wonderful costumes to perform for a studio audience and four judges. Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora, Davina McCall and Ken Jeong are tasked with guessing who is hiding behind the mask using subtle clues the characters’ drop before, during and after their performances. Despite the show being shrouded in secrecy, one celebrity has seemingly confirmed their are taking part in the show.
Host Joel Dommett appeared on Sunday Brunch earlier today to discuss the ITV show with Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer.
Surprisingly, the interview led to one of the Channel 4 hosts claiming they were in fact the Hedgehog’s real identity.
Each character taking part in the singing competition has an elaborate costume which includes clues about the celebrity’s identity.
The Channel 4 hosts quizzed Joel on how the celebrities end up with their respective persona.

“Who’s deciding on the costumes?” Tim questioned. “Do they have any say in it?”
“I think it’s a sort of collaboration between the costume people and them,” Joel explained.
“I mean I had quite a collaborative process,” Simon joked.
“When you were deciding on the Hedgehog, how was that?” Joel asked.
