Piers Morgan, 54, has blasted Lily Allen, 34, for reportedly telling Laurence Fox, 41, to stop “forcing his opinions on everybody else”. The Good Morning Britain presenter hit out at the singer after she supposedly slammed the actor’s appearance on BBC’s Question Time last month.

During the programme, Laurence argued with academic Rachel Boyle and called her a “racist” for branding him a “white, privileged male” in a debate about Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex. 

Lily then reportedly fumed about Laurence’s comments on Instagram, writing: “Sick to death of luvvies like a Lawrence Fox going on TV and forcing their opinions on everybody else, when he’ll never have to deal with what normal people have to deal with in his gated community.

“BBC should be ashamed, this is not what we pay our TV licences for.”(sic)

The uploads added: “Stick to acting mate. Instead of ranting about things you know anything about.”

He hit back in his Event column for The Mail On Sunday: “After Laurence Fox’s hilariously anti-woke performance on Question Time tonight, the insufferably irritating Lily Allen blasted on Instagram: ‘Sick to death of luvvies like Fox going on TV and forcing their opinions on everybody else. Stick to acting, mate, instead of ranting about things you don’t know anything about’.”
