John Lennon’s eldest son, Julian, had a horrific discovery not long ago. The musician has followed in his father’s footsteps in the music business. However a surprising discovery left him worried he would never be able to make music again.
Julian Lennon has revealed he discovered a growth on his head, forcing him to have emergency cancer operation in order to remove it.
The health scare was an incredible frightening thing for him, as he revealed to The Sun.
He said a skin specialist noticed something unusual about amole on his head, one which he has had for his entire life.
He eventually had a biopsy only this year, and when it was revealed the mole was malignant, he had to have it removed immediately.

Speaking of the scare, he said: “The trouble is... you think you have time... a few days ago, I went to visit my dermatologist, here in LA, when she noticed a little bump on my head that was actually a mole that had been there, along with a birthmark, for the last 57 years.
“But this time, it looked & felt a little different.
“Hopefully we managed to remove all that was cancerous, but the mole is being sent off again, for a further/deeper analysis, and I’ll have those results next week.”
Julian revealed how he went from joy to a fear that he “may be gone at any given moment”
