Loose Women favourite Andrea McLean, 50, has insisted to her 263,000 followers that they should not “feel bad” about taking some time out to relax in a candid Instagram post. The presenter explained she often struggles with “guilt” when she isn’t keeping herself busy with “something more productive”, but could sense she needed to rest after filming the ITV show today.
Andrea shared a snap of herself in bed alongside a mantra, which read: “Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing.”
The star could be seen lying down with her make-up still on in the home she shares with her partner Nick Feeney and her children Finlay and Amy.
A slight mark could also be spotted on Andrea’s pillow, which she explained was caused by her made-up face.
