Stacey Fowler made 'homeless' as heartbreaking betrayal exposed #EastEnders

Stacey Fowler (played by Lacey Turner) has been missing from EastEnders ever since she was forced to go on the run after attacking Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden). However, the mum-of-three will return to Walford in upcoming scenes and attempt to rebuild her life on the Square. But could the break down of her marriage to Martin Fowler (James Bye) lead to financial difficulties for Stacey?

Official BBC soap spoilers confirm one Walford family will find themselves spending time in a bed and breakfast. 

Could this be Stacey and her young children with the matriarch falling on hard times upon her return? 

Ian Beale star Adam Woodyatt and executive producer Jon Sen teased the upcoming storyline while discussing the way filming has adapted to social distancing guidelines.

Explaining the difficulties of filming such a scene, Adam said: “You shoot one person in situ, then switch it around and put the other actor in, and then combine it together in the edit.

 When Stacey fled the Square, her marriage to Martin was solid but he later convinced her he’d had an affair to protect her. 

Stacey will be shocked to discover Martin has grown close to friend Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) and may feel uncomfortable asking her ex for help.
