Selling Sunset fans have been watching Mary Fitzgerald's romance blossom with Romain Bonnet since day one. So when they got engaged, viewers were excited to see their big day pan out in front of the camera. However, an important detail which hadn't been revealed has led many to question whether or not the wedding was staged.

Mary Fitzgerald is one of the most experienced agents at The Oppenheim Group.
The 39-year-old has spent years selling luxurious homes to the rich and famous and back in season one, she found love in 26-year-old French model Romain Bonnet.
Things moved fairly quickly for the pair and by the end of series one, Mary and Romain were engaged.
An argument did erupt over that ring but overall, everyone was thrilled to see them so happy together.

Throughout season two, Mary and Romain were seen planning their wedding.
There was even a last minute hiccup as their dream venue was no longer available.
