Janette Manrara, 36, was partnered with Will Bayley, 32, on Strictly Come Dancing in 2019. The Paralympian has now spoken candidly about a moment he shared with the professional dancer as the athlete confessed he almost couldn't take to the dancefloor.
Will chatted with BBC's The One Show hosts Alex Jones and Gethin Jones about his time on Strictly.
Alex said: "You did surprise everybody when you did one particular dance. Just have a look at this.
"It was a contemporary dance to the band 7 Years. It was a brilliant, brilliant performance."
She continued: "But it nearly didn't happen because you had a bit of a freak out didn't you - just before the music started?"

Will replied: "Yes, I did. You watch the introductions on video. I had gone back to Great Ormond Street Hospital that week. And I was fine."
The presenter showed viewers a contemporary dance routine he performed alongside the Cuban-born dancer.
Shortly before taking to the floor, Will said in his opening VT that he was dedicating his performance to anyone who was watching in hospital, eventually moving judges Motsi Mabuse and Alfonso Ribeiro to tears.
"Janette said to just focus on the dance and don't worry about anything else around you," Will said
