Gemma Atkinson, who welcomed her daughter Mia with boyfriend and Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka Marquez last year, admitted she felt "useless" during her outing today. The Hollyoaks favourite spoke out in view of her 1.5 million followers.
The 35-year-old posted a heartfelt video on the picture-sharing site after she witnessed a mother struggling with a young baby in a shop.
The Strictly Come Dancing finalist shared details about why the moment made her a "bit upset".
Gemma said she wanted to reach out to the woman and "give her a hug" as her baby continued to "scream" inside the supermarket.
She began: "I just nipped into the supermarket before I came into work and there was a lady in there, bless her, with a baby who was weeks old.
