Emmerdale actress Charley Webb, 32, has taken to her Instagram stories to speak out after fans thought they spotted a cigarette butt on the table where she was sitting while she enjoyed breakfast with her son Bowie. The mum-of-three had shared a sweet family photo of Bowie tucking into a sandwich and a de-caff cup of tea at a café before heading to school yesterday.
Charley captioned the snap: "A little sandwich and de-caff tea before school."
The Debbie Dingle star then addressed the situation after she received questions about the mysterious object from some of her 470,000 followers.
Although she thanked her fans for their “concern”, Charley revealed that it was in fact the tip of a sugar packet in the photo, and that she had not been smoking.
The star wrote: "No guys. It's not a cigarette end.

“Thanks for your concern though,” the Emmerdale favourite concluded.
It comes after Charley opened up about her worries about sending her children back to school after the coronavirus lockdown.
The soap star, who shares sons Buster, 10, Bowie, four, and Ace, one, with her other half and co-star Mathew Wolfenden, informed fans she felt a sense of “doom” and needed to prepare herself for next week.
