Former This Morning host Fern Britton, 63, who separated from her husband Phil Vickery, 59, after 20 years of marriage earlier this year, has commented on a heartfelt post which went into detail about establishing stronger relationships and overcoming things after being "betrayed". The ITV presenter shared the post after telling the Twitter user how it fitted "perfectly".

It comes after the Twitter user uploaded a piece of writing on their page by writing: "Morning all x."
The message read: "In life, you will fall out with people that you never thought you would.
"Get betrayed by people you trusted with all of your heart. Get used by people you would do anything for. But life also has a beautiful side to it."
They continued: "You will get loved by someone you never thought you would have. Form new friendships with people that will establish more meaningful and stronger relationships.
