Both Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are fitness fans who reportedly follow healthy diets, both being fans of green juices. Meghan loves yoga, while Kate enjoys running. Kate is a long-time member of the Royal Family, and previously worked for Jigsaw, while Meghan is an LA-born former-actress.

Aesthetics Doctor & Cosmetic Surgeon Dr Lucy Glancey said: "While both women are absolutely gorgeous, Meghan Markle‘s face is currently looking more youthful compared to Kate Middleton.
"This is largely down to the fact that she has more volume in her face.
"A fleshy face is often more youthful than a thin one."

Dr Lucy said: "Meghan’s facial thirds are in proportion, however her width to height ratio is not favourable which could mean that she will age faster visually.
"Her current ratio is probably less than 3:4, and this will get smaller with age so she will appear thin and long faced which can be ageing.
"However her skin type is in her favour.
"Being a mixed race skin type 5/6 she will have more collagen in her skin and therefore she will have less lines and wrinkles or they will appear later on in life in life."
