Shirley Ballas has been a judge on the reality show Strictly Come Dancing since 2017. She is known for her slim figure and spoken about her weight loss in the past. What diet plan does she use?

As well as her gig as a judge, Shirley has enjoyed a career as a ballroom dancer and dance teacher.

With such an active career, it is no surprise she has managed to maintain a slim figure.

However, the dancer has admitted to using a diet plan after gaining weight over the last few months.

“I am fat. I can’t fit in my trousers but I am not going up another dress size," she told The Sun.

"I have gained 20 pounds from when you last photographed me, but I am six pounds down this morning."

Shirley explained she is trying to slim to her "normal" weight of 8st 8lb before Strictly Come Dancing airs later this year.

To do this, she has been using an intermittent fasting diet plan.

Those who follow the diet will only eat within a certain time window each day and they will fast for the remaining hours.
