Michael Jackson had two wives, the first of whom was Elvis Presley’s daughter, Lisa Marie. Their relationship was hugely public and caused quite a stir, especially with Lisa Marie’s family. They split after only 18 months together - but what did Lisa Marie do next?
Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley were married from May 1994 until January 1996, when Lisa Marie sought a divorce.
Her marriage to Michael caused some concern from her family, especially her mother Priscilla Presley.
Speaking to The Guardian in 2012, Priscilla said: “Lisa knew I wasn’t happy about her marrying Michael Jackson.Insurance Loans Mortgage Attorney Credit Lawyer

“It’s true she grew up in Graceland and then lived with Michael Jackson in Neverland and Michael was like a child and just wanted to have fun all the time.
“How do you not gravitate to that? But it’s not the real world.”
Priscilla thought her daughter “saw something of Elvis in Michael,” but ultimately knew it “could be a disaster.”
She added: “At that point, the right thing to do would have been to bite my tongue, but I didn’t bite my tongue.”

Despite her concerns, the marriage went ahead. But after 18 months, the pair broke up.
Lisa Marie married twice more after Michael: first to Nicolas Cage, in a three-month marriage from August to November 2002, though the divorce was not finalised until 2004.
