Sophie, Countess of Wessex, 55, and Prince Edward, 56, started dating in 1993 and now have two children together. Sophie attends many events and engagements in her role within the Royal Family.
Sophie is a senior member of the family and will often represent the Monarch on visits.
The Countess taking her role very seriously, and one body language expert ha provided an insight into how Sophie’s confidence has increased over the years.

The expert said: “Sophie has always looked like one of the most quietly self-assured and calm royals but her confidence signals have definitely increased over the years.
