SKY is ringing in the New Year by offering a free bonus and price cuts to new customers picking up a broadband package.

Sky is discounting its Superfast and Ultrafast broadband packages, as well as offering a free bonus to new customers. The Superfast package offers an average download speed of 59Mbps, while Sky's Ultrafast plan offers 145Mbps. As part of a limited time sale, new customers can save on the monthly cost of these plans for 18 months.

The Sky Superfast plan typically costs £27 a month, with the Ultrafast package usually setting customers back £35 each month.

These packages have now been reduced to £25 and £33 a month respectively.

But that's not all, with Sky also throwing in the Free Anytime Talk plan at no additional cost.

If you were to pick up the Ultrafast package, this would equate to a saving of £210 over the course of 18 months.
