The Loose Women panellist, who got engaged to her fiancé Joe Swash, 38, on Christmas Eve, revealed she didn’t post anything on her page after a parcel she received left her “questioning everything”.
The mum-of-three shared a photo of the package, which she was holding in her manicured hands, alongside her explanation.
Stacey penned: “I’m sorry I’ve been so quiet today…
“Something special came in the post and I just forgot how to breathe properly…

She added while hinting at a new project: “I started questioning myself and everything and just being a bit silly if I’m honest…
“But I am so proud of it, and I am b***** excited to share it with you because honestly it wouldn’t even be here if it wasn’t for you all.
“So tomorrow is a new day… And hopefully I can get a grip [laughing face emoji].”
Stacey hasn’t yet revealed what was in the parcel.
