Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank reportedly quit their stay at Frogmore Cottage in December – just weeks after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are thought to have handed them the keys. The couple are expecting their first child together in the coming months and are understood to have favoured a return to their Kensington Palace home.
But, previous indicators suggested the couple may have since moved into the residence of her father Prince Andrew and mother Sarah Ferguson for the third national lockdown.
Eugenie and Jack spent the first national lockdown in March and April at Royal Lodge in Windsor.
The vast Berkshire residence has been the home of the Duke of York since 2002.
