Alison Hammond is an English presenter who is known as a host on ITV's This Morning. She has spoken about her weight loss and is an ambassador for WW, formerly Weight Watchers UK.

At her heaviest, the bubbly presenter revealed she tipped the scales at 20 stone.
She stated she was embarrassed by her size and decided to make a change in 2019.
Alison enlisted the help of a personal trainer and has shared her workouts on social media in the past.
One clip posted on Instagram showed her gruelling workout which included using kettlebells and lifting weights.

Posting on her work with a personal trainer, Alison wrote: "This is something I wanted to achieve for a long time and I haven’t managed it on my own, so I went to my local workshop and met my lovely Wellness Coach Andrea and the rest is history!
“I’m falling in love with the journey and hope you will support me as much as you can.”
As well as putting in the hours in the gym, Alison also changed her eating habits.
She signed up for WW and is now an ambassador for the weight loss group.
