Power Book IV: Force is in the works with American television network Starz recently announcing a slew of castings. While Force was confirmed a while ago, news on the series seemed to go quiet. Fans of the Power franchise are eager to know more about the casting for the forthcoming series which will see Joseph Sikora’s drug dealer Tommy Egan leading the charge.


Lucien Cambric joins the cast of Power Book IV: Force playing Darnell ‘D-Mac’ McDowell, who encounters Tommy.
D-Mac is a young man from the streets of Chicago’s Southside who is still a child and looking for a mentor.
The character is described as “independent, fiercely loyal and completely unflinching” when it comes to sticking up for his crew, according to Deadline.
He will hit a crossroads in his life after meeting Tommy which could completely change the course of his future.

With Tommy trying to build a new life for himself on the West Coast, he could form an intriguing bond with D-Mac and almost serve as a father-like figure to him.
Prior to the casting, Cambric has had some small roles in American TV shows such as Shameless, The Chi, South Side and Chicago PD.
