The Tory MP for Clwyd West said bashed the European bloc’s customs union, single market and jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
Speaking to Express.co.uk, the politician called for an end to the “supremacy” of the ECJ while highlighting the three elements.
He said: “There are three elements of membership of the EU which we cannot expect to participate in and indeed shouldn’t want to participate in.
