AFP GETTYSAG Awards 2018: Morgan Freeman DESTROYS audience member during acceptance speech
Morgan was honoured with the Screen Actors Guild’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in the television and film industry.
The legendary Hollywood star received a standing ovation as he walked to the stage to accept his award.
Morgan was presented with the trophy by his friend and colleague Rita Moreno, who starred in the series The Electric Company with him in the 1970s.
Just before Morgan made his acceptance speech he appeared to shut down a talkative audience member in the front row, turning to the individual and saying: “Hey… I’m talking to you. Yeah hey!”Related articles

After pausing for a moment, possibly to allow the person to respond, Morgan added: “Okay, well you just stand out to me. That’s all.”
Brushing the incident off, Morgan then thanked his family, friends and colleagues and said: “This is beyond an honour. This is a place in history.”
Morgan wore a black tuxedo and dark baseball cap for the special occasion but was told to lift his hat up by Rita, 86, so the audience could see his face.
