The BBC’s Top Gear suffered a blow this week as it was announced that newcomer Matt Le Blanc’s will be leaving the show.
He announced that he will be leaving after the next series.
The Friends actor joined the revitalisation of the show with Chris Evans in 2016.
He then began presenting with Rory Reid and Chris Harris later on in the series.
In the statement he said: “My experience on Top Gear has been great fun.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the whole team.
"However, the time commitment and extensive travel required to present Top Gear takes me away from my family and friends more than I'm comfortable with.
"It's unfortunate, but for these reasons I will not be continuing my involvement with the show. I will forever be a Top Gear fan and I wish the team continued success.”
Since the exit announcement, fans and bookmakers have been working through rumours about who may take his place.
However bookmakers have pegged the original trio, Jeremy, Richard Hammond,
