The new Duchess of Sussex has officially become part of The Royal Foundation, the organisation launched in 2011 by Prince Harry and Prince William.
Companies House, the government body that keeps records of any changes within associations and companies in the UK has been requested to change the name of the charity.
The foundation’s full name was The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, but Companies House was asked to change it to The Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
The paperwork is yet to be processed and it will be published in five days.
This significant change would make official the collaboration of the former actress at the foundation.iPhone transfer software

Meghan started working with the Royal Foundation before her wedding, which took place on May 19.
In February, she joined Harry, William and Kate on stage at the first Royal Foundation Forum to update the public on their projects.
And she has spoken enthusiastically about the work done by the organisation.
When asked about her thoughts on the foundation, Meghan said: “To see the model of the foundation is really interesting because, while I've worked with larger NGOs, I've also worked with really small grassroots organisations where you can see a higher level of impact in my opinion, because there's a lot less red tape.
