The 28-year-old Royal posted a heartfelt image and caption on Instagram as part of International Scoliosis Awareness Day with a special thank you to the hospital who operated on her.
The post was shared to her 252,000 followers.
Princess Eugenie wrote: "Today is International Scoliosis Awareness Day and I’m very proud to share my X Rays for the very first time.
“I also want to honour the incredible staff at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital who work tirelessly to save lives and make people better."
Eugenie is a patron of a £15million appeal to build a new ward block for the hospital at Stanmore, north London.
The Royal added: “They made me better and I am delighted to be their patron of the Redevelopment Appeal.”
