Jeremy Allen White is surely brushing up on his Jersey accent following his latest casting news.
The Golden Globe winner, 33, is officially set to play Bruce Springsteen after 20th Century Studios closed a deal to finance and release the upcoming biopic Deliver Me From Nowhere, according to Deadline.
The outlet reported Monday that the deal is David Greenbaum's first as the new head of Disney live-action and 20th Century.
White is expected to head to New Jersey to shoot in the fall after wrapping on season 4 of The Bear.
Season 3 is currently filming in Chicago, with season 4 shooting back-to-back after a quiet early renewal from FX last month.
