Emily Blunt reveals her family fell head over heels for Australia while filming ... trends now

Emily Blunt got to know and love Australia while filming her latest movie, The Fall Guy, in Sydney last year. 

And the British actress says her whole family - who she travelled to Australia with - shared her passion for all things Down Under. 

The 41-year-old, who has two daughters, Hazel, 9, and Violet, 7, with American actor husband John Krasinski, says her kids were delighted with the weather. 

'Sydney was so good to us and welcomed us with open arms,' she tells the Daily Telegraph. 

'The kids adored it – they adored missing the New York winter. It was the best – the best food, the best restaurants, just the nicest people.'

Emily added that she and her family had a 'low-key life' in Australia in between filming on the high octane set. 

'It was just this endless group of actors who just wanted to see how far they could go to make each other laugh, and so it was a joy in that way,' she says.
