The controversial fitness influencer, 35, shared a post to Instagram depicting her days as a model and looking very different to how she appears today.
In the photos, Sophie was fresh faced and youthful, her impressive figure on display in black lingerie.
She worked her angles in the series of photos, which she described as a 'comp card' from her 'early modelling days'.
'Crazy looking back how far life takes you and the journey we embark on,' she added.

It comes after Sophie revealed on Saturday that she has turned off the direct messaging function on her social media, after receiving a spate of trolling messages.
The influencer said she had received many nasty messages following rumours she had eloped earlier this week.
