Fans were troubled to see Kim Kardashian at the fashion extravaganza in a corset ensemble that showcased her incredibly trim waist, with one fan asking 'How many ribs did she get removed?'
But it didn't take long for the world to learn why Kim was unable to attend the after parties - she had a schedule appearance in Europe the very next day.
Kim, 43, was set to speak at the 2024 OMR Festival in Hamburg, Germany on May 7 and 8th.
'I went from there to the plane,' Kim - who also recently appeared at Tom Brady's roast - explained at the festival, according to People. 'Slept on the plane and here I am.'

Germany is six hours ahead of New York making her two appearances just 13 hours apart. The flight time from New York to Hamburg is around nine hours.
