The ex-con, 32, took to her Instagram to post a throwback photo of herself as a wheelchair-bound teenager juxtaposed against a snap showcasing her plastic surgery transformation.
'There is a beauty in the struggle of overcoming your past,' she wrote alongside the '#selflove' hashtag.
In the 'before' photo from 2009, her 18-year-old self was sitting in a wheelchair and posing alongside stuffed animals outside of the Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri in 2009.
Alongside the throwback, she also shared a sultry selfie of herself laying in bed after she changed her look by dying her hair blonde and getting a nose job.

As she made her return and posted her modern-day snap, she also flaunted her new tattoo — which is a couple's tattoo she got with her ex-fiancé Ken Urker.
In the days following her split with Ryan Anderson, she was seen out with Urker and the pair were not shy about showing off their matching Husky dog ink.
She got the tattoos with Urker around the time she filed for divorce from her now-estranged husband.
Just a month ago, she 'blindsided' Anderson and reconciled with her ex — who first started writing to her in 2018 after having seen the HBO documentary depicting her harrowing childhood Mommy Dearest.
