This is the homemade pornographic photoshoot a Cambridge-educated GP made whilst under investigation for having sex with dozens of women at surgery, MailOnline can reveal.
Tom Plimmer, 40, was this week struck off the medical register for life despite telling a medical tribunal that he had sought help for sex addiction and was a changed man after finding a stable partner and becoming a devoted member of a church community.
He claimed the offending which saw him permanently erased from the medical register took place between 2018 and 2021 and that after that point he had taken great strides towards becoming a reformed character.
However it can now be revealed he took part in a graphically sexual photoshoot as recently as March 2023 for an online publication called The Full English.
Most of the photographs are too explicit to publish and show Dr Plimmer engaged in a variety of sexual acts with women identified as Louise and Lilli.
One set of images were dated in spring last year at a time when Dr Plimmer had been notified he was being investigated by the General Medical Council over serious sexual allegations.

The other sets of images, from the same website, are dated August and October 2022.
A former girlfriend of Dr Plimmer said: 'To some people it will seem incredibly blatant that a medical professional would put himself in such danger of being exposed.
'But you have to know him to realise that, really, he doesn't care. The only thing he really cares about is his next sexual encounter and everything else is secondary to that.
'It caused a certain amount of shock when the pictures on The Full English were noticed by someone he'd slept with in the past and then the link was circulated.
'Although he uses the name Jeremy and pretends to be a teacher, there is no mistaking him in the images.
'There are many, many women who have seen images of him without his clothes on because he loves to send them.
'Once it became known by him that the images had been noticed, he had them taken down, so they're not on the site any more.
'But the fact he posed for them in the first place says everything about his priorities and how seriously he was taking this process against him.'
The Full English markets itself as an Only Fans for the 'straight, white guy next door.'
The site says: 'The Full English was originally created in 2009 as a photographic showcase for a few amateur straight guys in the UK wanting to enter the adult industry.
