Netflix and Foxtel have formed a partnership.

The Sunday Telegraph revealed the new groundbreaking deal that's set to see the two streaming services merge.

Netflix movies and programs will be available to watch on Foxtel later this year, while the two companies will also co-produce an Australian television show.

The new deal, confirmed to The Sunday Telegraph by Foxtel boss Patrick Delany, will see Foxtel subscribers able to watch Netflix movies and shows on their set-top boxes.
