Just ask legendary 'Blue Wiggle' Anthony Field, who contracted a devastating illness most likely after high-fiving young fans at gigs.
Speaking on Who magazine's celebrity podcast Who Are You on Thursday, the children's entertainer said he was infected with viral meningitis which left him unable to exercise for three years.
