She left Bachelor in Paradise on Thursday when Alex Nation revealed she wanted to focus her attention on Bill Goldsmith instead.

And in an interview with 10 Daily before the episode aired, Brooke Blurton took a swipe at the Melbourne-based mechanical plumber.

The 24-year-old said she 'friendzoned' the hunk the second he arrived on the island, as she believed he was 'bad news'.

'I was like, 'Yep, I'm gonna trust my gut on this!' [sic], and it was probably the best thing I did throughout the whole Paradise journey,' Brooke said.  

The AFL enthusiast also had a few words for another co-star, Paddy Colliar, who was not shy in voicing his affections for the brunette. 

Brooke said that Paddy, 28, is 'so persistent, but in a very aggressive way,'
