Children's entertainer Jimmy Rees, aka Jimmy Giggle, shocked fans after he dramatically left Dancing With The Stars just two weeks before the finale.
The star announced on his official Facebook page earlier this month that he had to leave the competition after his seven-week-old twin son Mack had been taken to hospital 'due to complications following a routine procedure'.
But on Monday's grand finale, Jimmy made a triumphant return - and announced that his son was 'doing really well, you'll be pleased to know'.

The star added that his son's recovery was exceeding his doctors' expectations and thanked the support from his fans who helped him and his family through the difficult time.
Rapturous applause erupted from the audience when Jimmy burst out onto the ballroom floor for one last dance will fellow evictees Miguel Maestre, Denise Scott, Michelle Bridges and Jett Kenny.
