Vince Vaughn entered a no contest plea to wet reckless driving in a plea deal in his driving under the influence arrest last year in Manhattan Beach, California.

Prosecutors in the plea deal agreed to dismiss charges against the 49-year-old actor, TMZ reported Friday, who was detained at a checkpoint in the June 2018 incident.

The wet reckless designation indicates that while Vaughn had consumed alcohol, it was not enough to qualify for a DUI.
