Miley Cyrus took inspiration from Eighties as she hit the red carpet at the Met Gala on Monday.
The singer, who was born in 1992, embraced the 'camp' theme in a glam rock frock at the star-studded event alongside her husband Liam Hemsworth.

The playful dress was designed by Yves Saint Laurent.
The mini was adorned with green and black sequins, in an angular striped pattern. The 26-year-old topped off her look with a pair of polka dot hosiery and platform black heels.
Miley wore her hair down and pin straight. The pretty blonde kept her makeup natural, but played up her eyes with dark liner and lashes.
Meanwhile, Liam, 29, looked dapper in a head-to-toe black suit.

On December 23 of last year, Miley and Liam wed in their home in Nashville.
The couple first met in 2009 on set of the film, The Last Song, where they coincidentally played love interests.
The would later become engaged in 2012, after having endured a three year on-off relationship.

In September 2013, the couple ended their engagement.
Miley later dated Patrick Schwarzenegger and model Stella Maxwell. But the Franklin, Tennessee native would later reconcile with her love in the fall of 2015.
The duo became engaged again for the second time in October 2016, and married last December.
