Justin Hemmes broke into the billionaire's club for the first time back in March.

And on Wednesday, the hospitality heavyweight made it apparent how he has built his ever-growing successful empire. 

Showing it's all about attention to detail, the 46-year-old was spotted carefully inspecting his Sydney hotspot, The Ivy, from outside on George Street. 

Justin appeared pensive while staring up at the establishment, possibly planning its rumoured three-year expansion. 

Dressed casually in a trendy all black ensemble, he was oblivious to passersby while focusing the venue, which is described as 'the heart' of his empire. 

The businessman, often described as Australia's most eligible bachelor, later appeared jovial as he played up to the photographer.
