It is the 25th chapter in the 007 franchise, which will see Daniel Craig make his final outing as the iconic Secret Secret Service agent.

And the actor looked on fine form as he continued to shoot scenes for No Time To Die alongside co-star Léa Seydoux in Matera, on Saturday.

The James Bond star, 51, once again sported a blood-stained face as he and the French actress, 34, filmed scenes in his character's iconic Aston Martin car, which was kitted out with several high-tech cameras for a driving scene.

Getting very much into character, Daniel cut a dapper figure in a blue shirt, stone coloured trousers and suspenders.

The hunk maintained his smart appearance with his choice of footwear as he donned brown brogues, rounded off with a pair of tortoise-shell shades.

With Bond typically getting into scrapes and scuffles in the line of duty, Daniel also sported a bloody gash below his hairline, with the make-up team having clearly done a superb job in making the wound look realistic.

Meanwhile, Léa, who has reprised her role as Madeleine Swann, looked chic in a cream pencil dress which featured black buttons running down the middle.

The ensemble was given a casual touch however, with the actress donning a pair of black, white and orange trainers to go alongside it.

The duo looked in high spirits as they immersed themselves in their respective characters, before climbing into the silver classic car.

Léa and Daniel could be seen inside the car, which was encased in a frame rigged with cameras, while a stunt driver sat atop the vehicle.

The pair were no doubt set to film one of the franchise's famous action-packed car chase scenes, with fans expected to see the finished result when the film is released next year.

No Time To Die is co-written by Phoebe Waller-Bridge who was brought on board to sprinkle her magic on the script for the 25th movie in the film franchise based on Ian Fleming's hit novels.

The film had previously been been given the working title Shatterhand, however the title has since been changed to match Bond's more iconic film titles.

Production finally kicked off in April of this year, though it had already been delayed by several months following the departure of original director Danny Boyle.
