Her TV show was cancelled on Friday morning to make way for the Rugby World Cup.
But Lorraine Kelly still made an appearance on screen as she joined the Loose Women ladies, where she discussed going through the 'horrible' menopause.
The TV presenter, 59, revealed that she lost herself as she was going through the change and thought she was 'going crazy', but her husband Steve Smith urged her to get help as she didn't even know what it was at first.

The star went on to say that the menopause came out of the blue while she was on holiday in Spain with Steve.
She said: 'It was horrible, and it crept up on me and all of a sudden, I remember vividly.
'I was sitting with Steve and we were away in Spain and it was lovely, beautiful weather and all gorgeous and I just felt completely flat, I had no joy in my life at all.'
Lorraine went on to explain that her husband was the one to urge her to seek help, as she didn't even realise that she was going through the menopause.
