The star's springy curls were kept short in his usual style as he showed in the snaps that his work in the gym has paid off.
Myles wore a pair of turquoise swimming shorts as he posed with the confidence of a long-time model.
In one snap he looked back while clutching his surfboard and heading into the sea for a swim.
In another, he sat back in the sand to soak up the Aussie sunshine.

Unsurprisingly, spiders, snakes and creepy-crawlies sit atop that list, while others have admitted that the toughest struggle they anticipate enduring is being separated from their loved ones for potentially a full month.
