Actor Brett Dalton, 36, filed for divorce in Los Angeles from his wife Melissa Trn on Friday, according to TMZ.

The Marvel star rose to prominence for playing the charming agent-turned-traitor Grant Ward.

Brett and Melissa were married in December 2015, after dating for several years before getting engaged.

In 2012, the couple welcome a daughter, Sylvia, now seven.

Court documents list their date of separation as August 1, 2019.

The files also indicate that Ward is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, and he plans to pay Melissa child support.
