Vanessa Hudgens shoots scenes for The Princess Switch: Switched Again in Glasgow

Vanessa Hudgens was pictured filming scenes for The Princess Switch: Switched Again at Scotland's landmark Glasgow Cathedral on Tuesday. 

The actress, 31, was forced to hide her retro pin curls under a blue scarf as rained poured down over the port city.

Wrapping up in a light grey quilted coat, the California native was transported to the venue in the back of a chauffeur-driven car ahead of shooting fresh scenes.

A number of her co-stars were seen donning tiaras and elegant gowns as they made their way into the cathedral, as well as actors dressed as clergy.

Vanessa also had some support while shooting scenes for the movie, as her beloved mother Gina Guangco was spotted on the set.  

Crewmembers were seen setting up equipment outside and inside the cathedral, as several extras and castmates filed in for their moment before cameras.

The Princess Switch: Switched Again is the sequel to 2018 rom-com The Princess Switch.

Vanessa, who shot to fame after appearing in the High School Musical films, plays two characters in the Parent Trap-inspired plot.

She plays a princess named Duchess Margaret Delacourt and a baker named Stacey De Novo from Chicago, who look similar to one another.
