Michelle Bridges has opened up about life in isolation during the coronavirus pandemic.
The personal trainer told Channel Seven's The Morning Show that she's found the restrictions difficult because she's usually such a regimented and active person.
'I’ve always been that person to say habits, rituals, and routines - and I think now more than ever, they’re the things that we have to cling to in order to have some normality,' the 49-year-old.
