He's been isolating in his Californian home amid the coronavirus pandemic.

And Arnold Schwarzenegger cut a casual figure on Thursday as he enjoyed some time outdoors amid lockdown alongside his son Patrick, who was riding an elliptical bike.

The actor, 72, appeared in good spirits as he donned a black T-shirt and shorts as he joined his son, 26, and a family friend while out and about in Brentwood, California.

Arnold looked like he had a great day as he climbed out of his sizable black car while Patrick and friend Ralf Moeller rode their red bikes. 

Midnight Sun actor Patrick dressed for the occasion in a black jumper and gilet, which he paired with grey shorts.

The star added a black sports cap, white socks and grey trainers to his low-key look. 

Patrick and his pal chatted animatedly while his father dealt with the car following the group outing.

Arnold's outing comes after he jokingly showcased his flexibility in a fake stretching video.

Taking to his Instagram, the Terminator star used a pair of false legs as he pretended to do the splits on his kitchen counter. 

Earlier this week, Arnold had a 'Proud Dad' moment as he celebrated his son Christopher, 22, graduating with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan by mocking up his own graduation photo.
