Bachelor in Paradise star Ciarran Stott has lashed out at the cast of SAS Australia for 'dropping like flies' and not seeing the military-style series to the end.

The 25-year-old, who was a rifleman in the Army before appearing on The Bachelorette last year, taunted the celebrity quitters on Instagram on Wednesday.

'OK, I just watched some of this and it's a great show!' he began.

Since its premiere on October 19, seven of the 17 celebrities on SAS Australia have voluntarily withdrawn from the show.

Ex-Bachelorette Ali Oetjen, 33, was the latest star to exit after refusing to jump out of a helicopter into freezing water on Tuesday's episode.
