Bachelor In Paradise star Evan Bass revealed on Instagram this week that he is getting a 'vasectomy for real this time.'
The 38-year-old was initially meant to have the procedure in March of last year but it later emerged that he had not managed to do so.

Evan also has three older sons - Nathan, Liam, and Ensley - from a former romance and has been pictured with all five of his children on his Instagram.
He announced his upcoming surgery on his Insta Stories this Thursday by uploading a screen-grab of his phone calendar.
