Amy and Hugo, Clarisse and Tyler and Mary and Sam are all at risk of being dumped from the Love Island villa.
During Wednesday's episode, the islanders received a text telling them to gather around the fire pit where they were told which couples were safe after the public voted for who their favourite pairs were.
The three couples who received the fewest votes were then told their fellow islanders would decide who stayed and who would leave in a dramatic cliffhanger.
At risk: (L-R) Hugo and Amy, Tyler and Clarisse and Sam and Mary are at risk of being dumped from the Love Island villa after being voted the least favourite couples by the public
After the three bottom coupless stood before the fire pit, the islanders got a text reading: 'Two boys and two girls are going home, who goes and who stays will be decided by your fellow islanders.'
They were then told that the boys would have to save their favourite girl while the girls would have to save their favourite boy, meaning four people will be leaving the villa on Thursday.
Tensions were already running high in the villa after Tyler admitted to Clarisse that he still has feelings for Kaz, despite bringing Clarisse back from Casa Amor.
During a late night conversation, he told her: 'I can't just turn my feelings off for Kaz.'
Dramatic: During Wednesday's episode, the islanders received a text telling them to gather around the fire pit where they were told which couples were safe after the public voted for who their favourite pairs were
Unimpressed, Clarisse said: 'Yeah, I knew it.'
Tyler said: 'I had a chat with her, nothing happened, I didn't kiss her. I just said it's her. You're still an amazing individual.'
Clarisse responded: 'I can't lie, I don't even want to have this conversation. I knew this was going to happen.'
Tyler said: 'We see each other in the corridor and locking eyes and smiling.'
Clarisse asked: 'Why are you still kissing me, hugging me, being next to me?'
Decision time: The three couples who received the fewest votes were then told their fellow islanders would decide who stayed and who would leave in a dramatic cliffhanger
In the bottom: Hugo has been in the villa from day one but has struggled to find a partner
Tyler replied: 'I can't really put time stamps on it. I still wanted to get to knw you fully. I just can't shake that feeling with her.'
Clarisse admitted she wished Tyler hadn't coupled up with her, saying: 'It's cool. I just wish you didn't bring me back here. I could be at home right now.'
Tyler replied: 'I find you attractive.'
Clarisse then stood and stormed off, saying: 'I don't give a f**k. You do you're thing, enjoy yourself.'
Tense: Tensions were already running high in the villa after Tyler admitted to Clarisse that he still has feelings for Kaz, despite bringing Clarisse back from Casa Amor
During his conversation with Kaz, Tyler said: 'Do you feel is the door still open?
She replied: 'Doors open, it’s like a crack.'
Tyler asked: 'What’s keeping it open?'
'The little feelings I have,' Kaz replied.
Tyler then admitted: 'I want you back. I miss how we used to be.'
Kaz said: 'Thank you for letting me know. It’s up to you too open that door. I’m going to keep getting to know him [Matthew]. Are you up for the challenge? You’re quiet competitive.'
Feelings: Tyler told Kaz he is still interested in her and she admitted the door for a romance between them is still open
After the heated chat with Clarissse, Tyler then went to Matthew, who Kaz is currently coupled up with, to tell him about his feelings.
He said: 'I'm sorry if she [Kaz] hasn't come to you first and said this cos maybe it should be her but she said the door is still open, like minuscule.
Matthew said: 'It is what it is. I'm happy for her to get to know whoever. There's no pressure on me either way.'
Matthew then went to speak with Kaz and admitted he wasn't happy to hear she still had feelings for Tyler from him, rather than her.
Not happy: Matthew spoke to Kaz and admitted he wasn't happy to hear she still had feelings for Tyler from him, rather than her
He said: 'I think you should have told me first to be honest. Being told through Tyler is not ideal.'
Kaz replied: 'I didn't purposefully say I'm going to leave Matt in the dark. You told me things aren't that deep between us Matt'
Matthew said: 'I said it's early days. You know what, I need to cool down cos you're p*****g me off
Kaz was then heard saying to herself: 'I don't know what to do.'

Safe: Dale and Abigail were saved by the public vote after he told her he has feelings for Mary
Among the other bottom couples, Hugo has been in the villa from day one but has struggled to find a partner.
Although it seemed as though he had hit the jackpot with Amy during the Casa Amor split, the cracks have begun to show in their romance in recent days.
Meanwhile, although Mary is coupled up with Sam, she and Dale have admitted they still have strong feelings for each other and kissed after the recoupling when Abigail chose him.
Love Island will continue on Thursday at 9pm on ITV2 and the ITV Hub.
